Do I need to pick up the camper, or will you deliver?

We accommodate both! You'll be able to select your preference during the reservation process. 

What happens if I cause damage to the camper?

You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental window. Familiarize yourself with the rental contract including insurance coverage information. If the security deposit provided at time of booking doesn't cover damage or deductibles, the renter will be responsible for those additional costs.

Are there mileage fees?

Each rental includes 125 miles daily usage and anything over that amount will be charged an additional $0.58 per mile.

Where do I pick up and drop off?

Pick-up and drop-off are just off the main highway near Exit 88 in Bentonville. The pickup process takes approximately 30-45 minutes while the drop-off process is a bit faster. We look forward to meeting you!

What kind of insurance coverage do I need?

There are several coverage options that you can select at time of booking to give you the peace of mind you deserve.

Do you allow pets?

We sure do! We charge a daily fee for our furry friends to help account for extra cleaning procedures. You can select this add-on during the reservation process. If you choose to bring unauthorized pets or do not select this add-on, you forfeit your entire security deposit.

What is your cancelation policy?

Your reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in full and the booking is canceled more than 7 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 75% of the full rental amount (minus fees) is issued. If canceled less than 7 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the total rental amount (minus fees) is issued.
